Membership Privileges


As a member or member/client, AdultBizLaw.com makes it easy and secure to join. By using PayPal, you can pay using either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. You don't even need to have a PayPal account. The charges are re-occuring and will be billed to your credit card each month. AdultBizLaw.com does not handle the billing and therefore we do not collect or store any of your personal information. All billing is processed through PayPal's secure system and remains completely private at all times.

As a member/client you will in fact be a client of Fattorosi & Chisvin entitling you to not only everything already mentioned above, but also 1 hour of legal services from our law firm each month you remain a member/client. Examples of what you can expect from an hour each month include email and phone consultations, preparation and service of Cease and Desist letters, review of simple form contracts as well as an opinion letter as to a potential legal situation.

You can also use our "Protected By" banner to let federal and state authorities know you are represented by counsel as well as tell potential pirates know that your content is legally protected.

Obviously, complex legal matters cannot be addressed in a 1 hour session. Those legal matters that are more complex with require additional fees and for you to retain over services under a different agreement than required by a our member/client agreement. However, you can "bank" hours for later use. (Please Note: All "banked" hours have an 1 year expiration date and expire immediately if you terminate your membership through non-payment or cancellation.) For example, if you remain a member/client for 10 months and do not use any of our included legal services in that period, starting in month 11 you would be entitled to a credit of 10 hours of legal services. Thus, you would be entitled to a cash credit of $2000.00 ONLY towards any complex retainer agreement. Please note our usual hourly rate for legal services is $350.00 per hour and our minimum retainer agreement starts at $3500.00. (Please Note: Credits towards retainers have no actual cash value, these are merely offered as discounts towards legal services.)

Finally, you may also become an Affiliate for AdultBizLaw.com and earn 1 free hour of legal services for each referral than joins as a member/client. (Please Note: No credit is given if your referral joins simply as a member, even if later that referral upgrades to member/client status.) Use our affiliate banner with your unique client number on your website and we will track your referrals and give you additional hours that may be applied to your "bank" or retainer agreement.
